Alhareer16 has no Return/ Exchange policy.
Although, if you have received any Damaged/ Tampered / Wrong article, then your order will be eligible for returns.
We double-check the order before packing and dispatching it. In case of any damage, we accept returns/exchanges within 10 hours of delivery provided you send us an unboxing video from start to end showcasing the defect.
SHIPPING
Alhareer16 has partnered with Shiprocket, which offers standard shipping rates on all orders! Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 working days after placement.
Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Friday, and it takes another 5-7 working days for the order to reach you based on your location.
Note: Shipping is ONLY applicable to pincodes that are serviced by our logistics partners. In the case that your pincode is un-serviceable, an additional shipping charge will apply to your order. Our team will get in touch with you and inform you of the same before dispatching your order.
